Eeeeks! Feeling excited about this topic is an understatement!

Hey there! If you’re visiting Sleep and the City for one of the first times – I’m so glad you’re here! Welcome to the best community online! Though, I might be a bit biased! I’m Lauren – Founder and #BabySleep Fairy at Sleep and the City! Most of our topics are directly sleep related – like when to end baby’s last nap, products that help improve sleep, potential causes of shorts naps, and more!

Today’s post is a bit different but if you know us than you know that we absolutely love baby names! This will be our fourth year of writing our top baby names. Want to see last year? Look at Top 50 baby names for 2021! Last year, Oliver and Ezra made it at the top two baby boy names while Ava and Amelia made it at the top two baby girl names. Hope you enjoyed reading!

Naming your perfect little one can feel overwhelming. It’s both super fun and challenging at the same time. When it comes to names, there’s no advice that’s better then to name what you feel is right in your heart. I know.. I know… that may seem cliché but your baby’s name should be something that sits well with you and that comes from your core. Wishing you all the very best with your little one!
